Talent profile access for recruitment
Employers and recruiters may use candidate information obtained through Ajuma, ZuluDesk Careers and ZuluHire only for genuine recruitment, assessment and relevant contact with candidates. You must protect candidate information, restrict access to people who need it for recruitment and comply with applicable privacy and employment laws.
You must not sell, license, publish, scrape in bulk or otherwise redistribute candidate information without permission, or use it for unrelated marketing. Respect candidates' objections and privacy requests. Candidates may ask to be removed from talent search; information already downloaded cannot automatically be retrieved.
Unlocking a profile does not guarantee a candidate is available, interested, verified or suitable, or that a hire will result. The applicable access, pricing and refund terms shown at checkout continue to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZuluDesk's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including job seekers, employers, and any other visitors or users of our services.
2. Platform Description
ZuluDesk is a job marketplace platform that connects job seekers with employers in Ghana. Our services include:
- Job posting and application services
- Candidate profile creation and management
- Employer recruitment tools and analytics
- Communication platforms between parties
- Career resources and guidance
- Payment processing for premium services
3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Restrictions
You may not create an account if you are under 18 years old, have been previously banned from our platform, or are creating the account for fraudulent purposes.
4. User Responsibilities
For Job Seekers
- Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and applications
- Respect employer time and communication preferences
- Honor interview commitments and job offers accepted
- Use the platform solely for legitimate job searching purposes
For Employers
- Post only legitimate job opportunities
- Comply with Ghana's employment laws and regulations
- Treat all candidates fairly and without discrimination
- Honor the terms stated in job postings
- Pay for premium services as agreed
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our platform to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Share inappropriate or offensive content
- Attempt to circumvent our security measures
- Use automated systems to access our platform
- Solicit users for external services or opportunities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Payment Terms
Subscription Services
Premium services are billed according to your chosen plan. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all charges associated with your account
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Price changes with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused services, subject to our discretion and fraud prevention measures.
7. Intellectual Property
The ZuluDesk platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by ZuluDesk and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information and how you can exercise your rights.
9. Limitation of Liability

ZuluDesk provides a platform for connecting job seekers and employers but is not responsible for the employment relationships formed through our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZuluDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At our sole discretion with reasonable notice
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
