The Weighbridge Operator is responsible for the accurate weighing and recording of all incoming and outgoing materials at the factory. This role ensures data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with company procedures using the Scale Pro App and related systems. The operator serves as a key link between logistics, production, and administration to support seamless plant operations.

Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a weighbridge or industrial operations environment.
- Prior experience in a cement factory or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Scale Pro App or similar software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
