AIRBNB & LOUNGE SUPERVISOR Location: Accra, Ghana Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Hospitality / Short-Term Accommodation & Lounge Job Summary My client is seeking a responsible, customer-focused, and highly organised Airbnb & Lounge Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's Airbnb property and lounge. The successful candidate will ensure excellent guest service, maintain high operational standards, supervise staff, coordinate bookings and activities, and ensure the property and lounge are clean, safe, and well maintained. Key Responsibilities • Supervise the daily operations of the Airbnb and lounge to ensure smooth and efficient service. • Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a positive guest experience. • Monitor bookings, reservations, guest requests, and enquiries. • Supervise housekeeping, lounge, security, and other assigned staff to ensure duties are properly performed. • Ensure rooms, common areas, lounge, and facilities are clean, organised, and maintained to the required standard. • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Monitor the condition of furniture, equipment, appliances, and other property assets and report maintenance issues. • Ensure the lounge is properly set up and operating efficiently during business hours and events. • Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, refreshments, and other operational items. • Maintain accurate records of bookings, incidents, supplies, maintenance issues, and daily operations. • Ensure staff adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures. • Monitor security and ensure guests, staff, and property assets are protected. • Coordinate with management, vendors, maintenance personnel, and other service providers when required. • Provide regular operational updates and reports to management. Requirements & Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, lounge, restaurant, property management, or a related supervisory role. • Minimum of SHS, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Good leadership and staff supervision skills. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities. • Must be trustworthy, responsible, and presentable. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking platforms/social media are an advantage. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
