JOB VACANCY: SUPERVISOR Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and results-oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities. • Assign duties and monitor employee performance. • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. • Maintain discipline and promote teamwork among staff. • Prepare reports on operations and staff performance. • Report operational challenges to management and recommend solutions. Requirements: • Minimum of an HND or equivalent qualification. • Proven experience in a supervisory role is an advantage. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage a team and solve problems effectively. • Must be responsible, proactive, and results-oriented. Location: North Legon, Christian Village, Dzowulu and Tse addo.
