Shipping Agent Operations Supervisor Department: Shipping Agency Headcount: 1 Job Summary The Shipping Agent Operations Supervisor will oversee vessel arrival and departure operations and coordinate with shipping companies, port authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth shipping-agency operations. Key Responsibilities - Supervise vessel arrival and departure operations. - Coordinate with shipping companies and port authorities. - Prepare and process vessel documentation and clearance requirements. - Coordinate cargo loading and unloading activities. - Resolve operational problems as they arise. - Ensure shipping-agency operations comply with required procedures. - Monitor vessel operations and support timely turnaround. Requirements - More than 5 years of shipping agency experience. - Strong knowledge of port berthing procedures. - Familiarity with vessel and shipping documentation. - Proficiency in computer applications. - Proficiency in office software.
