Responsibility  Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with the company’s financial objectives.  Conduct continuous research on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.  Manage the department budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximum resource allocation.  Set, monitor, and report on annual sales quotas, revenue targets, and marketing ROI.  Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and traditional) to drive lead generation.  Use CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior management.  Recruit, train, and coach sales and marketing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Requirement • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. • Must have more than 6 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
