Job Title: Sales & Marketing Personnel Industry: Building Materials / Roofing Systems / Doors Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: On-site / In-store Compensation: Fixed Base Salary + Commission on Every Sale Location: Accra Position Summary We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-driven **Sales & Marketing Personnel** to support the sale and promotion of doors, roofing systems, and other building materials. This is NOT a field sales role. The successful candidate will primarily work from the company’s office/showroom, attend to walk-in and online customers, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, process orders, and convert enquiries into sales. The role comes with a fixed base salary, with an additional commission earned on every successful sale made. Key Responsibilities • Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries professionally. • Explain available products, specifications, prices, and suitable options to customers. • Promote and sell doors, roofing systems, and other building materials. • Follow up on enquiries and prospective customers to convert leads into sales. • Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales documentation. • Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the appropriate team for delivery or collection. • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer enquiries, and payments. • Assist customers in selecting products based on their project requirements and budgets. • Promote products through WhatsApp, social media, telephone, and other approved channels. • Support basic marketing activities, promotions, and product campaigns. • Keep customers informed about new products, offers, pricing, and availability. • Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals. • Assist with stock records and basic reconciliation where required. • Support basic bookkeeping or sales-accounting activities. • Prepare simple daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports. • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming showroom or customer service area. • Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by management. Requirements Female candidates only Applicants should be **25 years old or below • HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Good knowledge of accounting and marketing principles • Must be **computer literate**. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable engaging customers. • Good numerical and record-keeping skills. • Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales records accurately. • Strong attention to detail. • Target-driven and motivated to earn commission through sales. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. She should be comfortable working in a showroom or office environment and actively converting customer enquiries into sales.
