About this opportunity
The Program Manager will define and execute ElimuVest’s vision and growth strategy in Ghana, reporting directly to the Executive Director. This role requires a visionary leader who can bring concepts to life while building credibility with investors, policymakers, and partners in the education and financial services ecosystem. The Program Manager will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring that pilots succeed, partnerships thrive, and the business scales with measurable impact
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategy in alignment with ElimuVest’s vision
- Ensure financial sustainability and operational excellence, balancing innovation with accountability.
- Lead fundraising, partnerships, and investor relations to secure catalytic capital and strategic allies
- Build and position ElimuVest as a leading education finance and Edtech brand in Ghana
- Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing team while shaping a strong organizational culture.
- Establish and oversee pilot programs, ensuring successful implementation and impact measurement.
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, schools, communities, and private sector partners
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to ensure competitiveness and relevance
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for ElimuVest’s mission in Ghana
Requirements
- 2+ years of senior leadership experience in education, Edtech, finance, or social enterprise
- Proven track record of fundraising, investor engagement, and scaling ventures
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders
- Visionary, entrepreneurial, and deeply impact-driven leader with a bias for action
- Strong financial acumen and ability to navigate complex ecosystems
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
