We are a reputable baby food production company based in Accra, committed to producing safe, nutritious, and high-quality food for infants and young children. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food formulation, recipe standardization, and new product development
- Support raw material selection, weighing, and preparation for production
- Ensure strict compliance with Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) and CSIR standards and regulations
- Assist in coordinating product certification, licensing, and regulatory documentation
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, hygiene, and product quality
- Assist in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and reporting faults when necessary
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Nutrition, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in food production or manufacturing
- Good knowledge of FDA and CSIR regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Male candidate, not more than 35 years old
- Resident in Adenta, Madina, Oyarifa, or nearby areas
