About this opportunity
The Product Manager will own and drive the success of companys' core digital health products by combining health informatics, technology, and sales strategy. This role is responsible for product adoption, growth, and performance, while managing Business Development Officers (BDOs) to ensure market penetration and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- 1. Manage and optimize all core products end-to-end
- 2. Work closely with tech teams to improve product functionality, usability, and performance.
- 3. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive higher adoption across all products
- 4. Collaborate with sales teams to close deals and grow recurring usage
- 5. Provide periodic reports on partnerships, leads, market insights, and revenue outcomes.
- 6. Act as the bridge between technology, sales, and operations
Requirements
- 1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Product Manager or similar role.
- 2. Strong health informatics and/or health-tech background.
- 3. Solid understanding of technology-driven products (digital platforms, SaaS, or health systems
- 4. Proven experience in a sales-facing or revenue-focused role
- 5. Ability to manage teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
