The Product Category Manager will be responsible for managing a specific group of products to maximize sales, profitability, availability, and customer satisfaction. The role involves product selection, pricing, supplier coordination, market analysis, promotions, inventory planning, and performance monitoring to ensure the category meets business objectives.
Responsibilities
- • Manage and oversee all perishable products across assigned branches.
- • Ensure freshness, quality control, and minimal wastage.
- • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- • Maintain hygiene and operational standards for all fresh products
Requirements
- : HND or Higher in Agricultural Science or any related field
- Up to 2 or more years experience
- Experience in supplier management, pricing, product assortment planning, and market analysis.
- Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
