About this opportunity
The Medical Representative is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving assigned sales targets by promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong professional relationships, increasing product awareness, gathering market intelligence, and ensuring all promotional activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Conduct product presentations, clinical discussions, and promotional activities in line with marketing strategies
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in similar role
- Must have at least a degree in marketing, biochemistry, business administration or related field
- Must be result driven and target oriented
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
