About this opportunity
Candidate will be responsible for driving full end to end launch of the companys' Ride-Hailing and Delivery application. Oversee project planning ,talent recruitment.app development,stake holder engagement, regulatory compliance and performance monitoring
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Lead the recruitment process for all critical roles required for successful execution
- Coordinate effectively with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and legal teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely progress.
- Oversee the end-to-end app development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee onboarding processes for drivers/riders and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management, including leading digital or app-based projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing external partners.
