Your job? Spread the good news about financial wellness, advise clients with confidence, and showcase the magic of Petra’s pension and savings solutions. 🧠 What You’ll Actually Do Visit companies, meet workers, and help them understand their pension and savings options Use your direct sales skills to bring in new clients and support ongoing employer engagements Educate customers on planning for retirement (no boring lectures — real talk wey dey help!) Build relationships that make clients say, “Petra really dey care!” Follow up with leads consistently — no ghosting allowed Help clients with onboarding, documentation, and account setup Work closely with the team to hit targets and smash milestones Bring feedback from the field so we keep improving our services 🎯 Minimum Qualifications ✔ At least 2 years’ experience in a direct sales role ✔ Must have a valid driver’s license (you’ll be meeting clients often) ✔ Confident, articulate, and well-spoken ✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills ✔ Driven, reliable, and results-oriented ✔ Passion for helping people make smart financial decisions 🌟 Extra Skills That Make You a Star Experience in insurance, finance, banking or pensions Ability to break down complex financial terms into simple language Strong organizational and follow-up skills Friendly personality with positive energy 🎁 Perks & Benefits At Petra, we believe in supporting the people who support others. Responsibilities

• Visit companies, meet workers, and help them understand their pension and savings options

Requirements

• Driven, reliable, and results-oriented
• At least 2 years’ experience in a direct sales role

• A First Degree (Bachelor’s) in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science or a related programme.
