The IT Technician will provide technical support to users, ensure systems run efficiently, and help maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of servers and network devices
- Diagnose hardware faults and arrange repairs or replacements when necessary
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus checks
- Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma, degree, or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
