The Floor Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the residence, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining service standards, managing floor activities, and ensuring all operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. The Floor Supervisor acts as the key liaison between management, staff, and guests — upholding the brand’s image of excellence, hospitality, and sophistication.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all floor operations, ensuring seamless guest service and efficient team performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff to deliver premium service in line with brand standards.
- Ensure all areas of the entertainment floor (VIP lounges, bar, gaming zones, dining areas, etc.) are clean, safe, and well-presented.
- Manage daily staff schedules, rotations, and breaks to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor, Front-of-House Supervisor, or similar hospitality leadership role.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Background in luxury hospitality, high-end entertainment venues, or premium lounges preferred.
