JOB DESCRIPTION – ENGINEER Company: EV-Afriq Position: Engineer Industry: Automotive / Electric Vehicles (EV) About the Role We are seeking a skilled and technically minded Engineer to provide technical support, vehicle diagnostics, inspections, and maintenance assistance. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electric vehicle (EV) systems, batteries, charging systems, and vehicle performance.. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose vehicle technical issues and support maintenance and repairs. * Conduct vehicle inspections, testing, and quality assessments. * Provide technical support on EV systems, batteries, charging, and vehicle performance. * Identify and troubleshoot technical faults effectively. * Work closely with the Sales and After-Sales teams to resolve technical concerns. * Document inspection findings, service requirements, and technical feedback. * Ensure vehicles meet required quality and performance standards. Requirements & Qualifications *2–3+ years of engineering or technical experience, preferably in automotive or EV-related work. * Degree in **Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field. * Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Good understanding of EV systems, components, batteries, and maintenance.. * Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly. * Previous experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage.
