Your goal? Build relationships with employers, help them fall in love with our platform, and make sure their job posts shine brighter than a new kente! You’ll work your magic across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and real-life business hubs — connecting with startups, HR bosses, and CEOs who are shouting “we’re hiring!” but need your help to do it right. 🧠 What You’ll Actually Do Slide into DMs (professionally!) — use Zuludesk’s proven LinkedIn prospecting playbook to connect with business owners and HR managers Host small meetups and employer open days at our Zuludesk workspace — networking vibes only Help employers set up their profiles and post jobs like pros Share tips, insights, and Ghana-style motivation that makes them say, “ah this Zuludesk team dey care o!” Track, follow up, and build lasting partnerships — no ghosting allowed! Work with the marketing crew to showcase success stories and employer testimonials Bring in feedback straight from the field to help us keep improving the platform

Responsibilities

• You’re the type who can turn strangers into friends and “maybes” into “let’s do business!”
• You’ve got solid communication skills — both the corporate email and the “hey bossu!” WhatsApp kind
• You understand Ghana’s business culture and have that mix of charm, respect, and hustle
• You love LinkedIn prospecting (or are ready to master it with our in-house playbook
• You believe in helping others grow — especially when it leads to jobs for young people

Requirements

• Have experience in B2B sales, HR services, or employer engagement
• Have worked with startups or SME clients before
• Can host small business events or info sessions without freezing when the mic comes your way
• Are a LinkedIn guru (or aspiring one)
