DRIVER – HARDWARE COMPANY Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and experienced Driver to join a hardware company. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, hardware materials, tools, and products safely and efficiently while ensuring proper care and maintenance of the assigned vehicle. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Safely transport hardware products, materials, and staff to designated locations. • Deliver orders to customers, construction sites, and other assigned destinations. • Load and offload goods while ensuring items are handled carefully. • Conduct daily checks on the vehicle and report any faults or maintenance needs. • Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle. • Follow all road safety regulations and company driving policies. • Keep accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and vehicle-related activities. • Assist with loading, arranging, and securing goods when required. • Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries. • Perform other driving-related duties assigned by management. Requirements • Valid Ghanaian Driver's Licence [specify class if required]. • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience as a professional driver. • Previous experience in a hardware, construction, logistics, or related environment is an advantage. • Good knowledge of Accra and surrounding areas. • Ability to handle and transport hardware materials safely. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit. • Must demonstrate responsible driving habits and good knowledge of road safety.
