The Dispatch Supervisor oversees and coordinates all dispatch activities to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate delivery of goods to customers or job sites. The role ensures smooth communication between production, warehouse, drivers, and clients, while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transport supervision (manufacturing or distribution preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of local routes and transportation laws.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
