About this opportunity
You’ll design and ship secure, scalable data connectors and ingestion services feeding our AI & analytics stack. You’ll work across APIs (e.g., Microsoft Graph), eventing, containers, CI/CD, and observability—partnering with product, infra, and client teams.
Responsibilities
- Build production-grade connectors (Graph/SharePoint/OneDrive, AWS/Azure SDKs) in Go/Python
- Implement incremental sync (delta queries, CDC, watermarks); enforce idempotency & dedupe
- Parse & enrich docs (Tika/PDF/OCR), preserving ACLs and classification metadata
- Design high-throughput ingestion (Kafka/SQS/NATS), backpressure & throttling strategies
- Ship containerized services (Docker/K8s; air-gapped friendly), security-first (OIDC, secret rotation)
- Own CI/CD, testing, metrics/logs/tracing; document designs and runbooks
Requirements
- Strong Go and/or Python (prod services, concurrency, profiling)
- Hands-on with enterprise APIs, delta/CDC, and large-scale pipelines
- Familiarity with OCR/pipeline tooling, ACLs/labels propagation
- Event systems (Kafka/SQS/NATS), K8s, IaC basics, and observability
- Security mindset; clear written communication with stakeholders
