About this opportunity
The Country Lead is the single accountable owner of CRIA’s Ghana operations, commercial performance, and institutional credibility. This is a leadership role with full ownership and decision making responsibility, requiring the ability to set direction, drive execution, and deliver results end to end. The Country Lead is expected to take clear accountability for outcomes, and ensure CRIA’s presence and impact in Ghana are built with consistency, credibility, and commercial discipline.

Requirements
- 8–12+ years in senior operations, country leadership, or GM roles
- Proven ownership of revenue and delivery in complex environments
- Think in outcomes, not tasks
- Ability to translate strategy into execution architecture
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- Surface problems early, with recommendations
- Build institutions, not dependencies
Skills
- Clean, live dashboards adopted by leadership.
- ≥1–2 funded national government projects.
- ≥70% pipeline-to-revenue conversion ratio.
