The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across assigned facilities. This role involves supervising cleaning staff, managing schedules, inspecting work quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare work schedules, duty rosters, and shift allocations
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to required standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Supervise, train, and assign duties to cleaning staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Janitorial Supervisor, or similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
