About this opportunity
VibesMeet is a next-gen social marketplace for the creator economy. We're looking for a hands-on Chief AI Officer to architect, build, and deploy the entire AI backbone of our platform. This is a builder role, not an advisory one. You will be coding and shipping models that directly power creator monetization and fan engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build & Deploy AI Systems: Architect and implement our core AI features, including LLMs, recommender systems, and generative AI for fan interactions.
- Hands-On Model Engineering: Fine-tune models like LLaMA and GPT using techniques such as RLHF and QLoRA for peak performance and efficiency.
- Lead AI Strategy & Safety: Drive the AI roadmap, ensure platform safety and compliance, and prepare to build a world-class AI team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-level AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in transformers, RLHF, multimodal GenAI, and vector databases.
- Fluency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and the AWS ecosystem.
- A startup mindset and a passion for building from the ground up.
