C-martGuard Security Systems is a fast-growing Ghanaian company specializing in CCTV and security systems. Our mission is to build one of Ghana’s most disciplined, professional, and performance-driven security sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Close deals and schedule installations
- Promote CCTV pckages online and offline
- Generate leads daily
- Update leads and activities in HubSpot CRM
- Attend weekly online training meetings
Requirements
- Social media/WhatsApp marketing skills
- Exerience in sales ia an advantage but not compulsory
- Ability to follow instructions and report consistently
- Performance requirement - Minimum of 25 qualified leads per month
- Performance requirement - Minimum of 4 closed sales per month
- Weekly reporting and CRM updates using HubSpot

Benefits
- Base Salary: GHS 700/month (earned through performance)
- Commission: GHS 80 per sale
- Monthly Bonus: Up to GHS 1,000+
- Promotion to Team Lead within 30–60 days
